  • 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 cup Mint Leaves
  • 1.75 En Chilies
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 2.25 Lic Cloves
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a blender, combine coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, ginger, garlic, and lemon juice. Blend until you get a smooth paste.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the prawns and saut茅 for a few minutes until they turn pink.
  • STEP 3.Add the green herb paste to the pan and cook for a few minutes until the raw smell disappears and the prawns are coated well.
  • STEP 4.Add salt, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or naan bread.
