Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean and devein the prawns, and marinate them with turmeric and salt.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and chopped onions. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes are soft and mushy.
  • STEP 4.Add coconut milk, tamarind pulp, and the ground spice paste. Mix well and bring it to a boil.
  • STEP 5.Add the marinated prawns and cook until they are tender and cooked through.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or neer dosa.
