  • 1/10 cup olive oil
  • 1/10 cup diced onion
  • 0.15 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1.60 cloves garlic cloves
  • 1/20 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/20 cup Fresh lime juice
  • 3.20 No.s large shrimp
  • 1/5 No.s Cooking spray
  • 1/10 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/5 No.s serrano chile

Directions: Prawns Al Mojo De Ajo Recipe

  • STEP 1.1 preheat the grill at medium high flame.

  • STEP 2.2 in a bowl take oil, onions, and garlic.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 mix it well.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 place them on skillets and cover and grill for about 10 minutes. Until they turn golden brown.

  • STEP 5.5 remove the pan grill and add parsley and lemon juice to it.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 cover and grill for 2 minutes.

step 7

  • STEP 7.7 coat the grill rack with cooking spray and grill shrimp on it for 4 minutes.

step 8

  • STEP 8.8 remove the shrimp from the grill and toss coat with the juice mix and sprinkle some salt and pepper on top.
