STEP 1.First marinate the prawns with lemon juice.
STEP 2.Then marinate the prawns with 1 cup hungcurd, tanduri masala ,1 tsp tikka seekh kebab masala ,1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder ,2,3 drops metha atter, pepper ,1 tsp oil ,1 tbsp chat powder, salt, onions ,tomatoes,capsicum(cuts in square shape) for 1 hour.
STEP 3.Then brush oil on grill pan.Then insert the marinated prawns ,square onions, tomatoes, capsicul into sikh sticks moistened with oil & kerp these in grill pan in low flame for 5 to 10 mints.
STEP 4.After one side is cooked revolve the sikh sticks to the other side.
STEP 5.Brush the sikh kebabs with fried butter garlic & butter sikh kebab masala.
STEP 6.Serve it with tomato sauce & mayonaise.
