Ingredients for Prawn Tikka Sikh Kabab/ Delicious Grilled Prawns/ Prawn skewers Recipe

  • 1/4 tsp tikka sikh kebab masala
  • 1/4 tsp tanduri masala
  • 1/4 cup Hungcurd
  • 125 gms prawns ( deveined & cleaned)
  • 1/2 Cups tomatoes(cuts in square shape)
  • 1/2 Cups onions (cuts in square shape)
  • 1/2 g reen capsicum (cuts in square shape)
  • 1/4 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder)
  • 0.13 tsp chana chatu or sattu powder)
  • 1/4 Tsp 9: ginger-garlic paste 2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 3/4 drop s metha atter
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tbsp white oil
  • 0.13 tsp Chopped garlic

Directions: Prawn Tikka Sikh Kabab/ Delicious Grilled Prawns/ Prawn Skewers Recipe

  • STEP 1.First marinate the prawns with lemon juice.
  • STEP 2.Then marinate the prawns with 1 cup hungcurd, tanduri masala ,1 tsp tikka seekh kebab masala ,1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder ,2,3 drops metha atter, pepper ,1 tsp oil ,1 tbsp chat powder, salt, onions ,tomatoes,capsicum(cuts in square shape) for 1 hour.
  • STEP 3.Then brush oil on grill pan.Then insert the marinated prawns ,square onions, tomatoes, capsicul into sikh sticks moistened with oil & kerp these in grill pan in low flame for 5 to 10 mints.

  • STEP 4.After one side is cooked revolve the sikh sticks to the other side.

  • STEP 5.Brush the sikh kebabs with fried butter garlic & butter sikh kebab masala.

  • STEP 6.Serve it with tomato sauce & mayonaise.
