  • 1/4 Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Soy Sauce

  • 1/4 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 0.13 cup Water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 tablespoon Red Chili Sauce
  • 1/2 Spring Onions, Chopped

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the prawns with salt, pepper, and cornflour. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated prawns until they turn golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add chopped onions, ginger, and garlic. Saute until the onions turn translucent.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped bell peppers and cook for a few minutes until they are slightly tender.
  • STEP 5.In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, and water. Add this mixture to the pan.
  • STEP 6.Add salt, sugar, and red chili sauce to the pan. Stir well and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes.
  • STEP 7.Add the fried prawns to the sauce and mix gently. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the prawns are coated with the sauce.
