Ingredients for Prawn curry Recipe

  • 100 g Prawns (Cleaned)
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1.25 Pieces Kashmiri dry red chillies
  • 1.25 Pieces 5 cloves G
  • 1/4 tsp Whole peppercorns
  • 1/2 Pieces Cloves
  • 1/4 inch Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1/4 inch inger
  • 3/4 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion (Chopped)
  • 1/4 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1/4 tbsp Tamarind paste
  • 1/4 Packet Coconut milk powder
  • As Required Salt

Directions: Prawn Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Clean the prawns and add salt, turmeric powder and lemon juice and marinate for 10 minutes
  • STEP 2.Now grind cumin seeds, coriander seeds, peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, garlic, kashmiri red chillies in a blender and blend to make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated prawns and fry and keep aside.
  • STEP 4.In the remaining oil, add onion and saute, add tomato ketchup and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Now add the ground masala paste, salt tamarind paste and water cook for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Add coconut milk, and  prawns and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice.
