STEP 1.Marinate prawns with salt and turmeric powder . Fry it and keep aside .
STEP 2.Now add oil in a pan and put black cumin seeds tadka. Add chopped onions . fry for 30 minutes.
STEP 3.Add ginger paste & tomato paste. Turmaric powder, cumin powder, garam masala and cook untill oil separate. Now add chopped bottle gourd . keep cooking untill cooked. Add fried prawns. Garnish with ghee and chopped coriander leaves.
