STEP 1.Heat oil in the pan. Marinate the prawns with salt and turmeric. Fry them . Keep them aside. Now roast the eggplant properly. Smash it with the help of a smasher. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion , and green chillies. Saute them. Add smashed eggplant. Add salt. Give them a good mix. Finally add fried prawn in it. Serve with rooti or paratha.
