STEP 1.Add all the chicken in a pot, along with onion, garlic, salt, pepper and 5 cups of water, cover and cook for an hour.
STEP 2.Remove the chicken and reserve the water
STEP 3.Shred the chicken after its cold
STEP 4.Add the shredded chicken in a pot. Add hominy and oregano, remaining water, chicken bouillon,and cook it at low flame for about 45 minutes.
