STEP 2.2. Heat cooking oil in a wok. Add all khade masale and stir fry. Then Add ginger and garlic paste and stir for two minutes on low flame.
STEP 3.3. Add chopped onions and fry till translucent.
STEP 4.4. Add chopped tomato and stir till mushy.
STEP 5.5. Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix.
STEP 6.6. Now add Peas and chopped potatoes.
STEP 7.8. Add soaked rice and water. Place the lid and cook till 2 whistles.
STEP 8.9. Switch off the flame.
STEP 9.10 Serve hot with curd and pickle.
