Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil and mash the potatoes in a bowl.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, and spices to the mashed potatoes.
  • STEP 3.Mix everything well to form a smooth dough-like mixture.
  • STEP 4.Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round patty.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
  • STEP 6.Gently slide the potato vadas into the hot oil and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 7.Remove the vadas from the oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
