STEP 1.Take a bowl, add some all purpose flour, some carom seeds, edible oil and salt. Mix well. Use water to make a dough.

STEP 1.Cover and rest the dough for 10 minutes.

STEP 2.Take a pan, add oil, coriander leaves, chaat masala, green chillies, red chilli powder, garam masala and gram flour, black salt and normal salt. Roast the ingredients

STEP 3.Add 2 boiled smashed potatoes and mix nicely.

STEP 1.Take portions of dough and roll small pockets. Stuff the pockets like toffees using the previous ingredients.

STEP 1.Take a frying pan, add enough oil and deep fry the potato toffees for 5-6 minutes.

STEP 1.Serve hot and spicy with some sauce.
