STEP 1.Mash potatoes and mix well with soya granules
STEP 2.Heat oil and fry the onions and ginger garlic paste
STEP 3.Add salt, sugar,red chilli powder and mix well
STEP 4.Now add the potatoes and soya mix well
STEP 5.Switch off and cool it down
STEP 6.Take small portions of the mixture,give shape of ginger
STEP 7.Roll over biscuit crumbs and deep fry
STEP 8.Serve it with tomato sauce and mustard sauce
