Ingredients for Potato Salad Recipe

  • 3-3.50 Medium potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup Celery diced
  • 1/2 cup Cooked ham chopped
  • 1/2 Small onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli pieces i used frozen but could use fresh
  • 1/2 cup 2 medium carrots chopped
  • 0.17 cup Zucchini unpeeled and shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon Minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt optional
  • 7 ounce 1 can 99% fat free chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
  • 2.50 cup Water
  • 1 cup Milk i used 2
  • 0.13 cup All purpose flour
  • As required Shredded cheese of your choice for garnish
