STEP 1.Grind soaked cashew nuts and almond removed skin nuts , make a thick paste
STEP 2.In a bowl add paste , and add besan , cream , curd for taste and as required add little little, salt,coriander powder and red chilli powder , mix well , marination is ready , keep in freeze until potatoes get ready
STEP 3.Take half boiled potatoes , remove skin ,cut into square shapes , marinate potatoes in this mixture and again keep in freeze for 10 minutes
STEP 4.On grilling pan Roast the potatoes with butter until cook on medium heat and serve with the chutney and onion slices and chilli if you like that extra punch
