Ingredients for Potato Royal Tikka Recipe

  • 1.33 As Required Potatos
  • 0.33 Cup Cashew nuts soaked in water
  • 0.33 Cup almond nuts
  • 0.33 As Required Cream
  • 0.33 As Required Curd
  • 0.67 Cup Besan
  • 0.67 Tbsp Red chilli powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.33 Tbsp Coriander powder
  • As Required For Ganishing onion for garnishing
  • As Required For Ganishing Chatni for serving
  • As Required Butter

Directions: Potato Royal Tikka Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grind soaked cashew nuts and almond removed skin nuts , make a thick paste
  • STEP 2.In a bowl add paste , and add besan , cream , curd for taste and as required add little little, salt,coriander powder and red chilli powder , mix well , marination is ready , keep in freeze until potatoes get ready
  • STEP 3.Take half boiled potatoes , remove skin ,cut into square shapes , marinate potatoes in this mixture and again keep in freeze for 10 minutes
  • STEP 4.On grilling pan Roast the potatoes with butter until cook on medium heat and serve with the chutney and onion slices and chilli if you like that extra punch
