STEP 1.Take out 2 tbsp flour in a plate separately
STEP 2.Add 1/2 tsp salt and ajwain in it
STEP 3.Add 2 tbsp oil for moin in it
STEP 4.Knead a tight dough by adding water in it
STEP 5.Keep aside covered with a cloth
STEP 6.Now boil potatoes then peel and mash
STEP 7.In a pan add 2 tsp oil add cumin seeds and mashed potatoes,add salt and all spices ,mix well then turn off the flame
Let it cool down
STEP 8.Now make a ball or loi from portion of maida dough and roll it like big thin chapati
Fill in potato stuffing spreading all over
Now make it a roll
Close the sides by a slury paste
Now cut pinwheels
Dust them with separate flour in plate
Now deep fry in medium hot oil till golden and crisp
Take out in a plate serve hot with your favourite chutneys
