Ingredients for Potato pinwheels Recipe

  • 0.33 cup refine flour
  • 0.67 Pieces Potatoes medium size
  • 0.17 tsp Ginger green chilli paste
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 0.08 tsp Cumin seeds
  • a pinch of heeng
  • 0.17 tsp Red pepper powder
  • 0.17 tsp Amchur powder
  • 0.33 tsp tsp oil to make stuffin
  • As Required Oil to deep fry
  • 0.08 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 0.08 tsp ajwain

Directions: Potato Pinwheels Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take out 2 tbsp flour in a plate separately
  • STEP 2.Add 1/2 tsp salt and ajwain in it
  • STEP 3.Add 2 tbsp oil for moin in it
  • STEP 4.Knead a tight dough by adding water in it
  • STEP 5.Keep aside covered with a cloth
  • STEP 6.Now boil potatoes then peel and mash
  • STEP 7.In a pan add 2 tsp oil add cumin seeds and mashed potatoes,add salt and all spices ,mix well then turn off the flame Let it cool down
  • STEP 8.Now make a ball or loi from portion of maida dough and roll it like big thin chapati Fill in potato stuffing spreading all over Now make it a roll Close the sides by a slury paste Now cut pinwheels Dust them with separate flour in plate Now deep fry in medium hot oil till golden and crisp Take out in a plate serve hot with your favourite chutneys
