Ingredients for Potato paneer roll Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Roasted makhana powder
  • 2 Pieces boiled and mashed potato
  • 1/2 cup Homemade paneer (grated) made from
  • 2 Pieces finely chopped green chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoon Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Biack pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoon Warm water
  • As Required Oil - for frying
  • As Required Salt

Directions: Potato Paneer Roll Recipe

  • STEP 1.Tak a large mixing bowl and add the all ingredients and 2 teaspoon warm water, mix well and make soft dough.
  • STEP 2.Divide the dough into equal parts and make small balls.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a wok and deep fry potato balls on medium flame for about 5-10 minutes or till they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides. Serve hot with Satvik coriander chutney.
