Ingredients for Potato & Paneer Pakoda Recipe

  • 50 gram bowl gram flour
  • as required Water as required for making batter
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.06 tsp each of red chilli powder
  • 0.06 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.06 g aram masala
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coriander seeds powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp tb sp kasuri methi
  • 0.03 tsp Asafoetida
  • 1/2 g Big potatoes
  • 25 gm Paneer
  • As Required Cooking oil for deep frying

Directions: Potato & Paneer Pakoda Recipe

  • STEP 1.Make a batter of pouring consistency of gram flour by adding water slowly.
  • STEP 2.Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, asafoetida, coriander seeds powder and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Chop potatoes in thin rounds. Cut paneer in small pieces.
  • STEP 4.Heat cooking oil in a wok.
  • STEP 5.First deep fry potato slices and remove it in a plate.
  • STEP 6.Now coat it in batter and deep fry till golden brown colour.
  • STEP 7.Like wise coat paneer pieces in batter and deep fry till golden brown colour.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot with tamarind chutney.
