STEP 1.Make a batter of pouring consistency of gram flour by adding water slowly.
STEP 2.Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, asafoetida, coriander seeds powder and mix well.
STEP 3.Chop potatoes in thin rounds. Cut paneer in small pieces.
STEP 4.Heat cooking oil in a wok.
STEP 5.First deep fry potato slices and remove it in a plate.
STEP 6.Now coat it in batter and deep fry till golden brown colour.
STEP 7.Like wise coat paneer pieces in batter and deep fry till golden brown colour.
STEP 8.Serve hot with tamarind chutney.
