Ingredients for Potato, Paneer Cutlets (in appe pot) Recipe
1/2 cups Boiled Potatoes
1/2 cups Grated paneer
1/4 cup Bread crumbs
1/2 tsp Ginger Gaelic paste
1/2 tsp spoon green chilli paste
1/4 tsp Roasted cumin powder
0.13 tsp Chaat masala
1/4 tsp Red chili powder
as required Oil
to taste Salt
as required Coriander
Directions: Potato, Paneer Cutlets (in Appe Pot) Recipe
STEP 1. Boil potatoes, take out their peels, smash them, add bread crumbs, grated paneer, green chili paste, chaat masala, red chili powder, cumin powder and salt and mix well.
STEP 2. Now make small balls out of it and mix them in bread crumbs.
STEP 3.Heat your vessel, put a pav-pav tsp oil in all the food and keep the cutlets prepared and roast it till it becomes golden. Turning the sides of the pav, put a spoonful of oil in all the food and cook it well.
STEP 4.Serve hot potato, paneer cutlet sauce.
