STEP 1.In a bowl add besan flour ,add water, add red chilli powder and salt and caram seeds mix well and make medium thick batter,then ,make potato thin slices and deep in besan flour batter.In a hot pan or kadai put oil for frying,on medium hot oil put batter deeped potato thin slices and fry until golden.
