STEP 1.Heat oil deep fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder and keep aside
STEP 2.Add whole garam masalas,bay leaf red chilli and shahi garam masala for tempering
STEP 3.Now saute the ginger paste
STEP 4.Add tomato puree saute adding salt and turmeric powder
STEP 5.Add cashew-raisins paste and poppy seeds paste and saute well
STEP 6.When oil starts releasing pour the Potatoes and saute well
STEP 7.Add red chilli Powder mix
STEP 8.Add little water and simmer
STEP 9.Finally add sugar ghee and garam masala powder
STEP 10.Serve it with paratha or naan
