A Western influence on desi potatoes. Delicious snacks prepared from boiled potatoes mixture, corn starch, corn flour, schezwan sauce and other seasoning ingredients. Round balls are made of the dough and deep fried. Served with dips or sauces.
STEP 1.Take 800 grams of boiled potatoes and grate them finely in a bowl. Now add finely chopped spring onions, 3 table spoon schezwan sauce, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder and 1 tablespoon corn starch. Use a spoon or your hands to mix well.
STEP 2.Grease your hands and take portions of the dough also prepare small balls . Coat these balls with some cornflour.
STEP 3.Take a pan with enough edible oil, now deep fry the balls till they turn golden brown in colour. Take these balls out and use toothpicks to serve. Potato lollipops are ready to be served.
