Ingredients for Potato halwa Recipe

  • 1 nos Potatoes
  • As required Boiled
  • 0.33 tsp Ghee
  • 0.17 cup Sugar
  • As required Pinch of Kesar
  • As required Dry fruit for garnish

Directions: Potato Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil potatoes and peel off the skin. Once, done mash it with your hands.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, pour some ghee, Kesar and let it heat. Then add the mashed potatoes and let it roast for 1-2 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Add sugar to the potatoes and mix them well.
  • STEP 4.Cook for another 8-10 minutes and stir frequently.Garnish with dry fruits and serve hot.
