STEP 1.Heat a pen add butter ,when butter melted add Garlic.When Garlic change in color add chilli flakes.
STEP 2.Add 1/2 Cup water and salt boil for 2 mins.
STEP 3.Add semolina(grind in mixer).
STEP 4.Mix everything well.

STEP 5.Transfer into mixing bowl and cooldown completely
STEP 6.Add boiled grated potato, coriander,corn flour and make a dough
STEP 7.Make a boll of dough
STEP 8.Roll with the help of a rolling pin
STEP 9.Cut into rings using two type Cap(one small and one big)
STEP 10.Dip fry rings into hot oil on medium low flame until become nice golden brown and repeat the process.
