Ingredients for Potato Fenugreek with green peas Recipe

  • 1 As Required Boiled Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Chopped fenugreek
  • 1/2 As Required Onion
  • 1/2 As Required Tomato
  • 1/2 tbsp 1-1/2 tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard and cumin
  • 1/2 g Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp 1-1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp Corriander powder
  • As Required salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • As Required Coriander

Directions: Potato Fenugreek With Green Peas Recipe

  • STEP 1.First boil potatoes. And cut it.
  • STEP 2.Wash and cut fenugreek . also chop onion and tomato.
  • STEP 3.Put the psn on gas . then add oil. when oil is hot add mustard and cumin* seeds.
  • STEP 4.Then add chopped onion in it. also add green peas and ginger garlic paste saute it well.
  • STEP 5.Cover and cook for 1 minute. then add turmeric red chilli powder and coriander powder in it mix it well.
  • STEP 6.Add tomatoes and saute it well, For 2 minutes. after that add chopped potato, mix it. Cover for 3-4 minites. Then add chopped Fenugreek leaves. Again mix.
  • STEP 7.Cook for a minite or two. Then add salt snd sugar.
  • STEP 8.Mix well.
  • STEP 9.Turn off the heat. Now add corriander leaves.
  • STEP 10.Mix it.
  • STEP 11.Now the spicy, potato Fenugreek with green peas curry is ready to eat..
  • STEP 12.Serve with hot chapati.
