Ingredients for Potato Fenugreek with green peas Recipe
1 As Required Boiled Potatoes
1/2 cup Chopped fenugreek
1/2 As Required Onion
1/2 As Required Tomato
1/2 tbsp 1-1/2 tbsp
1/2 tsp Mustard and cumin
1/2 g Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp 1-1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp Corriander powder
As Required salt as per taste
1/4 tsp Sugar
As Required Coriander
Directions: Potato Fenugreek With Green Peas Recipe
STEP 1.First boil potatoes. And cut it.
STEP 2.Wash and cut fenugreek . also chop onion and tomato.
STEP 3.Put the psn on gas . then add oil. when oil is hot add mustard and cumin* seeds.
STEP 4.Then add chopped onion in it. also add green peas and ginger garlic paste saute it well.
STEP 5.Cover and cook for 1 minute. then add turmeric red chilli powder and coriander powder in it mix it well.
STEP 6.Add tomatoes and saute it well, For 2 minutes. after that add chopped potato, mix it. Cover for 3-4 minites. Then add chopped Fenugreek leaves. Again mix.
STEP 7.Cook for a minite or two. Then add salt snd sugar.
STEP 8.Mix well.
STEP 9.Turn off the heat. Now add corriander leaves.
STEP 10.Mix it.
STEP 11.Now the spicy, potato Fenugreek with green peas curry is ready to eat..
STEP 12.Serve with hot chapati.
