This recipe is half baked in Airfryer and half fry.. as bread absorb lots of oil..hence always try this technique of half baked and half fry ..it also retain the taste of fried snacks as well as less absorption of oil.

Ingredients for Potato Corn Cheese Balls Recipe

  • 3/4 pieces Boiled Potatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 0.06 cup Boiled sweet corn kernels
  • 0.06 cup Grated cheese
  • 1/4 tbsp Chilli flakes
  • 0.13 tbsp Oregano powder
  • to taste Salt and black pepper powder to taste
  • 0.13 cup Bread crumbs
  • as required Oil for frying
  • 0.06 cup Tomato sauce to serve
  • 0.06 cup Coriander chutney

Directions: Potato Corn Cheese Balls Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel and mash boiled potatoes in mixing bowl. Add corn flour,salt and black pepper powder to taste. Mix well and make 8 equal size balls. Keep aside.
  • STEP 2.In another mixing bowl add little coarsely crushed boiled sweet corn kernels, grated cheese, chilli flakes, oregano ,salt and black pepper powder. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Take one portion of prepared potato mixture.. flattened it and make dent in center and fill it with 1 tbsp of corn cheese mixture. Collect all edges and close it to make smooth ball. Similarly prepare all.
  • STEP 4.Apply little oil on all corn cheese balls, Coat each balls with bread crumbs.
  • STEP 5.Bake in Airfryer for 5 minutes at 180 temperature (for half bake).
  • STEP 6.Cool them before frying.
  • STEP 7.Deep fry in hot oil till crispy golden.
  • STEP 8.Serve Relish Delicious Potato Corn Cheese Balls with tomato sauce and green chutney.
