Ingredients for Potato chilla Recipe

  • 0.67 pieces Boiled potato
  • 0.17 cup Curd
  • 1 tbsp mix vrat flour
  • 0.33 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 0.67 tsp chopped green chilli
  • 0.08 tsp Red chilli powder
  • to taste Pink salt
  • 0.17 tsp Cumin powder
  • as required water

Directions: Potato Chilla Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a grinder jar and add Boiled potato, curd and grind it to make a thick paste.
  • STEP 2.Transfer to a bowl and add, handful chopped coriander leaves, green chill, cumin powder, red chilli powder and sendha namak.Mix it well.
  • STEP 3.Now, add mix vrat flour and mix well .Add water if required to make a thick batter of Normal consistency.
  • STEP 4.Heat a tawa or pan. Grease it with ghee.Pour a spoonful of batter and spread it. Cook it on a low flame by covering it with a lid. Pour some ghee and cook a little more.
  • STEP 5.Once it turns nice golden brown, flip it and cook it on the other side. Take it out on a plate.
  • STEP 6.Delicious 'Potato Chilla' is ready to be served with chutney and curd.
