STEP 1.Take a grinder jar and add Boiled potato, curd and grind it to make a thick paste.
STEP 2.Transfer to a bowl and add, handful chopped coriander leaves, green chill, cumin powder, red chilli powder and sendha namak.Mix it well.
STEP 3.Now, add mix vrat flour and mix well .Add water if required to make a thick batter of Normal consistency.
STEP 4.Heat a tawa or pan. Grease it with ghee.Pour a spoonful of batter and spread it. Cook it on a low flame by covering it with a lid. Pour some ghee and cook a little more.
STEP 5.Once it turns nice golden brown, flip it and cook it on the other side. Take it out on a plate.
STEP 6.Delicious 'Potato Chilla' is ready to be served with chutney and curd.
