STEP 1.In a bowl add gram flour, rice flour, red chilly powder, hing, salt and water mix well pouring consistency.
STEP 2.Take potato slice with slicer. And tip the potato slices in gram flour mixture.
STEP 3.In a kadai add oil, put the slices cook in medium flour till golden in colour. Bajji ready to serve.
