#Mom.. when my Aai has fast, she always make, potato halwa.. so I turned potato halwa into laddoos by making some changes.. it's too good .. if you want to preserve, put in refrigerator.
STEP 2.Put ghee in pan on gas, and when it hot, add grated potatoes in it.
STEP 3.And simmer for 5-6 minutes.
STEP 4.As its color change, also fragrance.
STEP 5.Now add milk powder, mix well.
STEP 6.Also add condensed milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Again mix it well. Cook it well, until it becomes thick like a loose dough.
STEP 7.Now add dry fruits and cardamom powder.
STEP 8.Mix it well again. Turn off gas . Lets the mixture, a little bit cool.
STEP 9.Now dough is ready ready for laddoo.
STEP 10.Turn the laddoo, as you want in size.
STEP 11.Now roll the laddoos in grated coconut.
STEP 12.So the potatoes laddoos are ready for fast.
