STEP 4.4. Knead the dough slightly and make smooth dough. cut the dough each into ½ inches and roll. Fill 1 spoon of pork mixture on it and seal the edges using water.

STEP 5.1 heat a wok or nonstick skillet until very hot. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, tilting the wok to coat the sides.

STEP 6.2 place the dumplings and cook for 2 minutes.

STEP 7.3 then add a cup of water and cover until the water is absorbed.

STEP 8.4 for dipping sauce mix a tbsp of soy sauce with sesame oil and serve with the dumplings.
