Described in the Miami Herald as sliced pot roast slow-cooked in a Creole-style sauce it is served at Miami's restaurant Los Guaduales, a restaurant specializing in fare from Medellin, Colombia.

Ingredients for Posta Sudada Recipe

  • 1.50 kilogram beef eye
  • 2 cup beef stock
  • 1 No.s cup ali sauce
  • 2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sazon
  • As required Salt
  • As required A few Pepper
  • 8 No.s small potatoes
  • 225 gram frozen yuca
  • As required A few Fresh cilantro

Directions: Posta Sudada Recipe

  • STEP 1.take beef stock, water, aliños sauce, tomatoes, sazón and cumin powder in a pot. Boil it and reduce the flame. Cook it at low flame for 1 1/2 hour while stirring it occasionally.
  • STEP 2.Season it with some salt. To this add the potatoes and yuca and cook it for 30-45 minutes. Sprinkle some cilantro on topand serve it with some white rice .
