  • 1/2 Pieces Potato
  • 3/4 Tbsp Chillipowder
  • 1/2 Pieces Bambooshot
  • 1/4 Pieces Ginger
  • 1/4 Pieces Garlic
  • To Taste Salt

Directions: Pork With Bamboo Shoots Recipe

  • STEP 1.Clean the pork with warm water cut in your desire pieces
  • STEP 2.Add pork , potatoes,homemade chillipowder and salt saute it for sometime till the oil comes out from the meat
  • STEP 3.Add water and cook for minimum40_50mins
  • STEP 4.Meanwhile add shredded Bambooshot
  • STEP 5.Cover and cook till the Bambooshot is well Cook
