Ingredients for Pork Ribs Recipe

  • 2.50 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1.50 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1.50 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1.50 teaspoon dried oregano
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 300 gram Ribs
  • 2 kilogram pork ribs
  • 3/4 cup sweet apple cider
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • As required Barbeque sauce
  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider
  • 1.50 teaspoon tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1.50 tablespoon Molasses
  • 0.33 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1.50 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Directions: Pork Ribs Recipe

  • STEP 1.Combine the rub ingredients and rub onto both sides ribs. Set aside to marinate.
  • STEP 2.Preheat at 160 degrees.
  • STEP 3.Place ribs on tray and cover with foil then bake for 1 hour 30 mins.
  • STEP 4.Remove from the oven and turn up to 180 degrees. Remove foil and apply some olive oil.
  • STEP 5.Take a new tray and parchment paper. Remove ribs from oven. Transfer to lined tray. Pour juices over the ribs.
  • STEP 6.Remove from oven after 5 mins and repeat for 2-3 times
  • STEP 7.Place all ingredients of barbeque sauce in a saucepan and stir and cook for 45 minutes.
  • STEP 8.Adjust to taste as per serving.
