  • 1/4 Kg Pork
  • A Handful Dry bamboo shoots
  • A Few Culantro
  • 3/4 Tbsp Fermented soyabean chilliflakes
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/4 Inch Ginger
  • 2.50 Pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chilli powder

Directions: Pork Cook With Fermented Soyabeans Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a wok and Add Pork ,salt and chilli powder mixed it well and fry till the oil comes out from the meat add water as required add soyabeans and dry bambooshoot cook till the meat gets tender and soft add ginger garlic stir it well and cook for 5minutes ,add local culantro for garnish.
