Ingredients for Pomegranate Juice Recipe

  • 1.50 kg Large Pomegranate ( )
  • 0.13 tsp lemon juice ( optional )
  • As required Salt pinch ( optional )

Directions: Pomegranate Juice Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash pomegranates under running water.
  • STEP 2.Cut off the top portion of the pomegranate
  • STEP 3.Similarly cut down the bottom part of the fruit
  • STEP 4.Remove the top and bottom portion of the fruit
  • STEP 5.Cut it into four equal parts
  • STEP 6.Separate each part
  • STEP 7.Deseed to a large bowl
  • STEP 8.Discard all white membrane
  • STEP 9.If you want cold juice freeze the seeds for sometime and then juice them
  • STEP 10.Add the seeds in a blender
  • STEP 11.Blend for few minutes
  • STEP 12.once it blend nicely
  • STEP 13.pour the juice in a fine sieve on a bowl
  • STEP 14.Press the pulp with a dpoon to squeeze out every bit of juice
  • STEP 15.Add a pinch of salt and little lemon juice as you prefer and mix
