Panna cotta is an italian dessert where cream and gelatin are heated and set. Its then served topped with fruit, nuts or chocolate. I've used agar agar instead of gelatin.

0.33 cup whipping cream
0.17 cup Milk
0.06 cup 1/2 sugar
0.17 teaspoon lemon zest
0.17 teaspoon Vanilla extract
0.33 teaspoon agar agar powder
0.33 cup fresh pomegranate juice
0.33 tablespoon cornflour
0.17 teaspoon Lemon juice
0.33-0.67 tablespoon sugar if juice is not sweet
1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
