Ingredients for POMEGRANATE AND BEETROOT RAITA Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup Beetroot cube
  • 1/4 Cup Curd
  • 1/2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Tbsp Fresh cream
  • 1/4 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.13 Tsp White pepper
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander leaves

Directions: Pomegranate And Beetroot Raita Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the cubed beetroot in a pan and add 1 tsp sugar to remove its bitterness and blend in the blender to make a paste
  • STEP 2.Whisk the curd.
  • STEP 3.Add mayonnaise and fresh cream and mix well.
  • STEP 4.Add olive oil,salt white pepper and and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add beetroot paste and mix it well now add grated cucumber and pomegranate pearls.
  • STEP 6. Garnish with pomegranate pearls and coriander leaves
  • STEP 7.Serve chilled.
