  • 1/4 Nos medium sized finally chopped onion

  • 1/4 Cups Spicy Tomato Sauce
  • 0.13 Cups Beef broth
  • 1/2 Tsp oil sesame oil or vegetable oil
  • As required Optional: Additional Salt And Pepper To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Rinse them thoroughly.
  • STEP 2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, cooked rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper.
  • STEP 3.Carefully stuff each bell pepper with the pork and rice mixture, ensuring they are filled evenly. Place the pepper tops back on for a "lid."
  • STEP 4.Heat the vegetable oil in an oven-safe pan over medium-high heat. Place the stuffed peppers in the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, turning them occasionally.
  • STEP 5.In a separate bowl, mix the tomato sauce and beef or vegetable broth. Pour this mixture over the stuffed peppers in the pan.
