Pohe ke lollipop is a delicious and crispy snack that u can easily prepare at home. This snack recipe is made with flat poha, boiled potatoes and few spices.U can enjoy it as a evng snack or when guests at ur home. U can serve it with green chutney or tomato sauce.

Ingredients for Pohe Ke Lolipop Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Pressed rice one
  • As Required potatoes boiled
  • As Required One finally chopped onion
  • handful Chopped corriander leaves
  • As Required One finally chopped green chilly
  • 1 tablespoons corn starch two
  • As Required one lemon juice
  • As Required salt one
  • As Required Red chilly flakes one
  • As Required Cumin seeds one
  • as required Oil for frying

Directions: Pohe Ke Lolipop Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take poha & rince it twice.
  • STEP 2.Using a strainer, drain the water from poha. Rest it for five minutes.
  • STEP 3.In a mixing bowl add poha and knead it softly.
  • STEP 4.Add grated potatoes, onion, corriander leaves, green chilly, salt, chilly flakes, cumin seeds, corn starch & lemon juice in it. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Check the taste. Add more salt or spices if required.
  • STEP 6.Divide the poha mixture in to small equal portions & shape each into balls.
  • STEP 7.Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry these balls until golden and crispy.
  • STEP 8.Drain on absorbent paper and fix toothpicks in it.
  • STEP 9.Serve hot.
