Ingredients for Poha Puttu Recipe

  • 1.50 cup Poha
  • 10 No.s Cashew nuts
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/4 glass Hot water
  • 1 cup Jaggery
  • 1/2 Cardamom powder sp
  • 1 cup Coconut

Directions: Poha Puttu Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Dry roast poha for 5 mins.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Roast cashew nuts in 1tbsp ghee .

step 3

  • STEP 3.Grind roasted poha

step 4

  • STEP 4.Now add hot water in powdered poha and leave for 10mins.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Make a syrup of jaggery in ¾ cup water.

step 6

  • STEP 5.Now filter the jaggery water.

step 7

  • STEP 6.Grate coconut.

step 8

  • STEP 1.1.add jaggery syrup in a pot and boil for 5 mins.

step 11

  • STEP 7.2.add cardamom powder,powdered poha,grated coconut and cook for 5 mins.
