  • STEP 1.Start by rinsing the poha in water and then soaking it for a few minutes until it becomes soft.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Next, add chopped vegetables like carrots, peas, and bell peppers. Cook them until they become tender.
  • STEP 4.Now, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Drain the soaked poha and add it to the pan. Gently mix everything together, taking care not to break the poha.
  • STEP 6.Cover the pan and let the poha cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
  • STEP 7.Finally, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with yogurt or chutney.
