  • 0.13 Kg milk
  • 1/4 Cups small bowl poha
  • 1/2 Cups Puree of
  • 1/4 Pieces Chopped mangoes for garnishing
  • As Required Chironji
  • As Required Tooti frooti cherries

Directions: Poha Mango Phirni Recipe

  • STEP 1.1 - Roast poha in non stick pan.
  • STEP 2.2 - Cool hone pe roughly grind kijiye.
  • STEP 3.3 - Boil milk.
  • STEP 4.4 - When gets boil, add grind poha in it.
  • STEP 5.5 - Cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  • STEP 6.6 - Add sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Switch off the gas.
  • STEP 8.7 - When it gets cool, mix mango puree in it.
  • STEP 9.8 - Garnish with chopped mango, chironji, tutti frutti cherries.
  • STEP 10.9 - Serve chilled.
