STEP 1.Take a kadai put oil add mustard seeds and onions and potatoes mix it and cooked it add tomato and salt and green chili and turmeric powder and mix it cooked this after 5 minutes add washed poha and sugar mix it
STEP 2.and cooked it for 10 minutes. Serve with sev and lemon juice.
