Ingredients for Poha Recipe

  • 100 gm poha
  • 1 Pieces Potatoes
  • 1 Pieces Onions
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 Tsp Mustard seeds half spoon
  • 1/2 Tsp Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 g reen chili

Directions: Poha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a kadai put oil add mustard seeds and onions and potatoes mix it and cooked it add tomato and salt and green chili and turmeric powder and mix it cooked this after 5 minutes add washed poha and sugar mix it
  • STEP 2.and cooked it for 10 minutes. Serve with sev and lemon juice.
  • STEP 3.Serve and enjoy
