Enjoy creating and sipping this sweet and tangy beverage ..Plum juice flavoured with ginger.
STEP 1.Chopped plums and discard the seed. Peel ginger and chopped into small pieces.
STEP 2.In mixer jar add plum pieces, ginger pieces,sugar,rock salt,few ice cubes. Blend for few minutes to make smooth mixture. Taste and add sugar if needed & blend it again.
STEP 3.In serving glass add few ice cube. Pour prepared Plum-Ginger juice in it.
