Ingredients for Pizza Recipe

  • 1/2 Pieces Pizza base
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chaat masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese- goat cheese
  • 1.50 tablespoon Chopped black olives
  • 1/4 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup Chopped cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup de flowered broccoli
  • 1/4 cup Chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup Chopped carrot
  • 1/4 cup sliced capsicum ( green pepper)
  • 1/4 cup Mushroom

Directions: Pizza Recipe

  • STEP 1.Prepare The Base Sauce
  • STEP 2.To make the sauce mixture, mix pizza sauce, garam masala powder, chaat masala powder, minced garlic and turmeric powder together. Add lemon juice in the same.
  • STEP 3.Saute The Veggies
  • STEP 4.Heat a pan with oil in it over moderate flame. Saute cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and onions in the pan.
  • STEP 5. Spread The Sauce On The Base
  • STEP 6.Now spread the sauce mixture on the pizza base and keep aside some sauce mixture for the topping.
  • STEP 7.Top With Veggies
  • STEP 8.Top up the pizza base with vegetables, cheese, olives and tomatoes and drizzle the remaining sauce over the toppings.
  • STEP 9. Bake Till Golden-Brown
  • STEP 10.Bake the pizza in a preheated oven until the crust is golden brown and crisp.
  • STEP 11.Once the pizza is done, take it out from the oven and serve the dish with ketchup.
