STEP 2.In a bowl take shredded coconut, a pinch of salt, and a little water.

STEP 4.Add the coconut mixture to the rice flour and mix everything well
STEP 5.Fill water in the lower compartment of the pittu maker and heat it until the vapours start coming out of the vent.
STEP 6.Fill the upper compartment of pittu maker with the prepared mixture.
STEP 7.Cook it until the steam starts coming off.
STEP 8.Take it out in a plate once it cools down a bit and your pittu is ready to be served.
