Ingredients for PISTACHIO MAWA BARFI SUGARFREE Recipe
62.50 gm Mawa
25 gm jaggery powder
0.13 tsp cardamom powder
12.50 gm Pistachios
Directions: Pistachio Mawa Barfi Sugarfree Recipe
STEP 1.First soak half Pistachios for 1 hour in warm water.
STEP 2.After 1 hour peel all Pistachio and grind into fine paste with the help of water. Now chopped rest of pistachio into fine pieces.
STEP 3.Take a pan heat for 2 minutes add Mawa to it.
STEP 4.Roast till it became golden brown. Now add jaggery powder.
STEP 5.Stir continuously cook for 15 minutes till the mixture combines.
STEP 6.Add the paste of pistachio and again cook for 5 minutes.
STEP 7.Lastly add cardamom powder and mix all together. Sprinkle some chopped Pistachio. Grease a plate with ghee add Mawa mixture and tap with spatula sprinkle rest of chopped pistachio set in the Refrigerator for 1 hour. Now cut in desire shape. Its Ready to serve healthy barfi.
