STEP 1.First, we will make a dough. Add maida(Refined wheat flour), salt, refind oil, water (as dough consistency)in a bowl and knead normal dough. Set the dough aside for 20 minutes.
STEP 2.Potato masala stuffing:- Take ghee in a pan add asafoetida, cumin seeds, green chilli, ginger, mix it. Add boiled potatoes, green peas, coriander powder, garam masala, salt , dry mango powder and mix them well. Add fresh coriander leaves. Mix it. Potato masala stuffing is ready.
STEP 3.Make small balls of the dough and roll out into round Chapattis.Spread Potato masala stuffing on the rolled out chapatti and fold in the Chapattis like lachcha paratha.
STEP 4.Cut the pieces and press the roll. Heat oil in a pan. Place the Pinwheel samosa on it. Fry them till golden brown colour.
STEP 5.Pinwheel samosa is ready to serve with coriander Chutney, Tamarind chutney, curd. Enjoy!!
