STEP 1. soak the dal in water and then grind it in a blender. heat ½ cup butter in a pan and roast the semolina and dal paste.

STEP 1. roast it well till it turns golden brown. once the dal gets roasted take it out in a bowl and roast mawa in the same pan till it turns light brown.

STEP 1. now roast the dry fruits in a pan with a little bit of clarified butter on medium flame.

STEP 1. in a pan add sugar and ½ cup water and cook it till the sugar dissolves completely.
step 5
STEP 1. add the dal mixture and dry fruits in sugar syrup and mix it well. once it cools down add cardamom powder, mawa, ghee and mix well.
step 6
STEP 1. give it a cubical shape with your hands and garnish with some dry fruits.
