Ingredients for Pineapple Honey Chicken on Cauliflower Bed Recipe
212.50 g Boneless Chicken cut into small pieces
1/4 Pieces White onion roughly chopped
1/4 Pieces Capsicum roughly chopped
1/4 Pieces Small cauliflower cut in florets
1/2 Cups fresh pineapple diced
1/4 Cup Pineapple chopped
1/2 Tbsp Ginger roughly chopped
1/4 Tbsp Garlic roughly chopped
1/2 Tbsp Honey
0.13 Cup Soya Sauce
1/4 Tsp Sesame Oil
As Required Garlic powder
1/4 Tbsp Corn Flour
As Required Olive Oil
To Taste Salt
Directions: Pineapple Honey Chicken On Cauliflower Bed Recipe
STEP 1.Roughly blend cauliflower.
STEP 2.To prepare sauce, place a saucepan on medium low heat and add soya sauce, chopped pineapple, diced pineapple, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, sesame oil and cornflour dissolving water.
STEP 3.Boil it by stirring continuously so that it should not get burnt.
STEP 4.Marinate chicken with garlic powder and salt for 20 minutes.
STEP 5.In a pan, heat olive oil and add marinated chicken.
STEP 6.Fry chicken till its light brown in colour on medium heat with a lid on. Frying process will be on till the excess water of chicken gets dried up. Remove chicken to a different utensil.
STEP 7.In that same pan stir fry onion first and then capsicum. Scrape the fried parts of chicken from the body of the pan and mix with onion and capsicum to get a great taste.
STEP 8.Now mix chicken and sauce with stir fried vegetables. Cook for a minute or so and then remove from the gas.
STEP 9.Heat oil in a separate pan and add blended cauliflower. Add salt and garlic powder and sauté for 8-10 minutes.
STEP 10.At the final stage, in a serving bowl first prepare a bed of cauliflower and then pour prepared chicken on it and serve immediately.
